Thursday evening, our garage door decided it didn’t want to close. It was after hours, so we had to contact another company to get the door down, and we were charged triple digits just for that service. We were quoted the price of basically another door for that company to fix the problem. He replaced one part, knocked the track back in place, and our garage door literally moves smoother than it did before. We set up an appointment, and the following day, I came in with my truck. The two technicians, Justin and Mike, evaluated the situation, cut 2 new cables, & fixed it. I was in and out within 1 hour.
